Mushroom Khilla Khilla (v)
Marinated mushroom filled with figs, dry nuts, green chillies, 
curry leaves and cheese.
 
Paneer Tikka Panchatantra (v)
Diced cottage cheese and vegetables, marinated with house 
spices cooked in a clay oven.
 
Baluchi Kebab
Diced lamb marinated with hung yogurt and house spices, 
cooked in a clay oven.
 
Zafraani Chicken Tikka
A tender kebab from chicken fillets, herbs, saffron, spices and nuts.
 
Telasmi Fish Tikka 
Boneless chunks of salmon char grilled in the tandoor oven with 
sesame seeds, flavoured with dried crushed fenugreek.

Seabass Dil Wali
Whole seabass marinated with fresh dil and house
 spices cooked in clay oven and served with green herb curry.
 
Sea Food Jalfrezi
A fine selection of mixed sea food stir fried with jalfrezi sauce.

Diced lamb cooked with chick peas and crushed ginger and home
 made combination of aromatic spices.
 
Murg Pasanda
Boneless chicken marinated sauce of yogurt, chili powder, spices and 
seasoningsof cumin, peppercorn, cardamom, and garlic and ginger.
 
Lucknowi Lamb Shank
Succulent lamb shank slowly cooked with a mixture of 
spices, browned with onions, ginger garlic and red chillies,
served on a bed of cumin flavoured potatoes.
 
Shahi Paneer (v)
Diced cottage cheese simmered in creamy tomato sauce, 
with touch of honey and nuts gravy.
 
Palak Paneer Kofta (v)
Spinach and cottage cheese dumplings with cumin, 
ginger and a touch of crushed pepper served in 
tomato and cashew nut gravy.
